All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by Business Post Courier, so items will not be left on the doorstep or with neighbours!, And, if paying by credit or debit card, all you will se on your statements is Pay Pal.
Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.

All delivery addresses are copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver due to incorrect addresses, then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement for re-delivery.
Products which are in stock are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of cleared payment being received. In the rare event that a product is out of stock, you will be notified of this and would expect to receive your purchase within 14 working days, or we may suggest a similar product of the same specification.
Damage In transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
